The mystery is nobody knows who the artist was!

No one knows, to anyone's knowledge, who did thesecarvings, but they are over 500 years old and done withexceptional detail.When it was discovered a lot of questions were asked ofthe villagers as to who may have done this and done it ina way that kept the tree from dying.No one knew.
